How much a cleaner costs to clean your home is based upon the size of your home and the contents inside. It will take into account other factors such as the amount of rooms, the time the clean takes place and how often the home is to be cleaned. We will provide two examples below to show the difference in the costs based on circumstances.
Say your home is a 2 bed flat with no stairs, one main living room, one bathroom and one kitchen. For this property to be cleaned on a weekly basis will typically be on the lower end of the cost scale, around £35 per clean. For this property to be cleaned on monthly basis will increase this cost slightly.
For a 4 bed detached home with two hallways, stairs, a consevatory, a main bathroom, an en-suite and a wc downstairs will obviously cost more than a smaller two bed flat. This could cost around £50 per clean depending on other factors.
